Being from out of town we had limited times to view properties in person and Curtis accommodated us 100% He very patiently showed us more than 20 homes over the course of several months. We had to make 5 offers before getting the right deal. Curtis was awesome throughout. the whole process. guiding us on how to get the best deal with the right terms. The house that we finally settled on was not one that we picked and came in from a lower commission company. But Curtis (by that time) knew exactly what we really wanted - and found the right property for us - even though it was a much smaller commission for him. Then he expertly guided us to get the most amazing deal - far better than we thought we could. That said, his biggest help was with the After Sale assistance. Instead of moving on and leaving us high and dry (hey the deal is done, I'm paid, see you later), he fully supported us and helped arrange Trades People and Contractors - yes, we wanted to do renos too. Anytime we asked him to meet them - because we're still out of town, he willingly agreed, and spent much time doing so. His after sales guidance was outstanding!
